A small dog who loves the city must move to the country with his human family, but is afraid of the quiet and new smells and sounds of the country. After meeting a country cat who plays a trick on him, the dog decides to run away to the city. When the dog then saves the cat from drowning, the other creatures and the cat set up an orchestra of “city noises” to help the dog feel at home.
A lovely retelling of the classic fable of the Country Mouse and the City Mouse.
